About Us
A community of believers passionate about knowing God and making Him known
Our Story
Emmanuel Presbyterian Church Washington was founded with a vision to create a community where people could experience the transforming power of God's love and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
From our humble beginnings, we have grown into a vibrant, diverse congregation united by our commitment to worship, fellowship, discipleship, and service. We believe that the church is not just a building, but a family of believers called to love God and love others.
Today, we continue to pursue our calling to be a beacon of hope in our community, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and demonstrating His love through practical acts of service and compassion.

What We Believe
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God, without error in the original manuscripts, and is our final authority for faith and practice.
The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory.
Salvation
We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, and that Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose again for our justification.
The Church
We believe in the universal Church, the body of Christ, composed of all believers, and the local church as a vital expression of that body.
